Love the performance, great price and service. Dell update assistant did a BIOS update, bricked the computer. Followed online instructions to fix bios crash. It wound up frying the motherboard. Dell sent a Technician to the house to repair and test it. No problems since, but, I will not be doing the BIOS update...Still, great computer.

BEWARE! Check if the OS is installed in the ssd not the hard drive.
Everything works like it should. Only problem is that when I received the computer the os was installed in my HDD. I had to reinstall everything on the nvme ssd with the windows usb tool. Please don’t forget to tweak the bios and mingle with the over lock profile for the best performance. Also watch some videos to optimize windows for gaming. For help with the drivers go to dell and search for Alienware r7. This mistake took 5 hours of my time so be ready. Hope this helps 😉
