I could count on both hands probably, the number of books I actually complete. This is one of them, as it was the perfect mixture of entertaining and still educational. Full of excellent ideas to help kickstart my new Real-estate endeavor.

FUN READ!!! I found myself laughing out loud over and over. The Book has valuable info with regard to sales for any industry not only a NEW REALTOR. The author Shelley brings tangible years of experience from the radio industry into simple to follow gold nuggets. The author broke the process down into super easy building blocks for fast implementation. It's a book about how to get business. How to keep your mindset in the game. How to prevent your Ego from being your largest road block. I'm a seasoned sales person and national mortgage sales coach and found so much value this book. This book will be a go to book as a reference for years to come!! I highly, highly recommend this book!!! Tammy Wittren

This is an excellent resource for new agents (or agents needing to regroup) that will assist in helping them identify practical steps to take to craft the real estate business of their choosing.

I really enjoyed this. It was well written, entertaining and really thoughtful in giving advice in an easy to absorb way. I would have liked a bit more depth into some of the practices. So my only critique is that I wanted more! Really great book.

I loved this book.I enjoyed the length of each chapter, how things were layed out, and the amount of detail given.I took many notes while I was reading, and I love it when authors include the whys and hows.This book includes things that I can start implementing daily, as well as strategies to use over the course of the year.I am someone that's big on radiating positivity, so I thoroughly enjoyed ch.7 "Mindset"If Shelley writes another book, I would definitely read it.

I just started my career in real estate and thought this book would be a great read to help me along. This book is fantastic! I couldn't put it down, and finished it in one day. Shelley is straight forward with the good and bad you'll experience in the industry. She also gives lots of insight and tips on what made her successful. I highly recommend getting this book.
