Q: Does all packages have the adapter for an old Kenmore 158?

The package does not have any kind of adapter. The presser feet just fit the machine. My machine is a brother and they just fit. You have to know if you have a long or short shank on your machine.

Q: will these work for a brother RJX2517?

If your machine is a low shank machine these should work. I have a Brother cs6000 and they work beautifully

Q: I have a Singer low shank machine and the feet that snap on do not fit. Is there a part I can buy to make this work?

For a couple of dollars you can buy an adapter that screws on to your presser foot bar that will allow you to use these snap on feet. Make sure you purchase a low shank adapter. Regards, K Dodds
