I don’t recall where I saw the recommendation to try these, and found them on Amazon.Each item is individually foil wrapped, and one must take care in handling, as they are super soft.These are delicious, and should be taken in small bites.There is a super thin outside chocolate skin, just enough there to provide the slightest crunch. This coating covers an airy cream filling (they call it ‘marshmellow’ and it is so much better than the dry stuff we find here) atop a light cookie almost wafer.Highly recommend, and this order comes with multiple boxes, with six candies in each box — enough that you would feel good about making gifts to your closest friends.

I don't enjoy these quite as much as my mother but they are pretty good. She loves getting a pack of these every Christmas.If you like cookies, marshmallow and chocolate this is an all it one!

For me, chocolate tea cakes are childhood memory come alive. Marshmallow stop a crisp biscuit base covered in milk chocolate: a Oohy, gooey, chocolatey ,crackling treat.

I had a Tunnock milk chocolate tea cake when we visited Scotland this past September. They were delicious. I brought a couple back home and my daughter loved them. I bought a box of 36 to give out to family and friends for Christmas. I received them Nov 6, 2023. I was disappointed to see that the 'best buy' date was through 1/6/2024- two months! I still gave them out even though I noticed a taste difference. My daughter who has a discriminating palate like I do, also noticed the taste difference. I would not order them and risk this happening again.
