this quinoa is super easy to prepare... just a good strong rinse in water... and every bit of 'off' bitterness is gone after its cooked. it really compliments soups, grains, rices, and cereals. pretty color, great mild flavor... which is what I was looking for.I recommend it!

The bag was slightly cut somehow and some spilled out but it wasn’t much and I wasn’t mad.

I add quinoa to my oatmeal every morning and this is really good. You have to remember to rinse it first though before you cook it, as the directions say.

‘This quinoa has a really nice texture and earthy taste plus it looks nice on the plate. I cooked mine in a rice cooker just like I was cooking rice it cooks up really nice. Don’t forget to rinse the quinoa before cooking or you’ll get a lot of foam and the quinoa becomes like mush. I think it’s kinda pricey but worth it.

Not only is this the best value- i love this quinoa. the blend gives different flavors and crunchiness. it is always fresh. i have been ordering these nice big bags for years.

use this almost three times a week instead of rice.
