Good for everyday use
I really like it. Easy open and close. Sharp enough for what I need.

Good value, needs to be excercised at first.
Even with tax I paid under ten bucks. You can't beat the value. I could tell during the initial sharpening that the steel was good and hard -- no complaints with the blade quality. The blade locks open via an interior blade that springs over to prevent the blade from closing unless you use a fingernail to push it back in place. This is the most common blade retention design in the knife industry, so nothing new here. With my knife, the fit was so tight that the spring-tentioned blade could not quite click into place and prevent the blade from accidentally closing -- a good tight fit that was just very slightly too tight. I had to spend a few minutes working it back and forth between locked and unlocked before it worked correctly.I have no complaints with the tight fit that needed to be exercised initially to polish itself to a zero clearance perfect fit. I love the bright blue color and am very happy with the purchase.

Good knife for the money!
I bought the blue anodized aluminum one. I was looking for a decent knife to carry to work everyday and didn't want to pay so much I felt guilty using it to cut everything from sod and landscape fabric to opening envelopes and breaking down boxes. I've had this knife for nearly a year now and I really like it as a work knife. The 10.00 dollar price tag means I can use it however I want and not feel bad about it and I have. I cut sod with it. Use it as a screwdriver. Open mail. Cut landscape fabric, jute line and jute fabric netting. I use and abuse it daily. It has held up very well. Almost no play in the blade still. It doesn't hold an edge long, but VERY few knives would with what I do with this one BUT it is easy and quick to put an edge back on it. I sharpen it probably once a week or so and it takes maybe 5 minutes. I'm going to buy another one or two just to have on hand as replacements. It is unobtrusive in my pocket and the clip allows for a deep pocket carry. If your looking for a simple beater knife this one isn't a bad choice.June 21-2023Coming up on a year and half of nearly daily carry with this knife. Still haven't found a work knife that gives as much as this one does for the 10.00 price. It's my favorite use and abuse knife. I really like knives, I collect them and have expierence with ALOT of different blades. I currently have well over 100 knives ranging from 10.00 all the way up to 400.00 dollars. This is a cheap knife that I don't feel guilty abusing. That being said it's a very decent knife for the price. It's a practical size, it's comfortable to hold in my hands, it sharpens easily and looks pretty good in my opinion. I would pay 15 or 20 dollars and still be content with my purchase. Great work knife. I bought a purple one for my girlfriend, she keeps it in her purse for mundane little tasks like opening mail, opening boxes, breaking down cardboard etc. She likes it alot too.

One major flaw, but otherwise fairly nice
Sharp, well built, easy to open with just your thumb, close mechanism is a little harder and requires two hands (or you can cut yourself) but overall a good knife....except: The clip is on the wrong end of the knife. I'm used to my Gerber knives: You pull the knife out, and you can instantly bump the pip on the blade to open the knife. On this one, it is upside down, so once you draw the knife, you have to flip it over, then open it, assuming you flipped it right and the pip isn't on the outside edge. No big deal? I say big deal. I use it in a warehouse, and used to just whipping out the knife and cutting bands and boxes and not wrestling with it. You have to consciously pay attention to open this knife, it isn't easy to use "automatically". A simple design change would do wonders for the usability of the knife. Also, the bottle opener gets in the way, not very useful but it is annoying. I could just cut it off, and may. I don't open a lot of beer bottles at work. Still a really good knife, just needs those changes.

Great pocket knife
Is it the smoothest opening and closing? No. Is it the sharpest out of the box? No. Does it cost less than a happy meal with a side of ice cream? Yes. Does it get the job done? Yes.Feels sturdy and well made. If you are looking for a simple tool to cut small stuff with and to easily crack open a beer or two without caring about replacement cost if you lose it - this is it.

Moosy Oak knife
Needed a small pocket knife. This is very slim and fits pocket well. Great price. Good quality. ------- have been using this for 2 months, every day. It is a HEAVY little knife, not flimsy. Stays sharp very well. Fits pocket nicely.
