I add this to my cannabis infused butter/oil. Because I have IBS, edibles won’t work on me unless they have some type of emulsifier to help bind to my fat cells. This product has little to no flavor, mixes in well, and helps me achieve the edible high I’m looking for.

Good item, but I think it should have had a different bottle. It is SO thick and it takes forever, squeezing hard, to get it to come out of the bottle.

This lecithin is easier to use than dry, mixes easier and more completely and that shows in the final product. Pro tip: Place in refrigerator to keep fresh longer but warm the lecithin before use, it is very thick when cold. Will purchase again.

Exactly what I was looking for at walmart.And kroger's but was told I would need to buy it online at their stores and pick it up., i figured I would just have Amazon deliver it instead.
