Very pretty, super shiny!
This silk prints super shiny, it’s a great silk.As you can see, I wouldn’t really describe it as ‘rainbow’.. the colour selection is fairly limited. However.. the colours it does have.. well.. they print beautifully, and make for some truly awesome prints. I really can’t get over just how shiny these actually are in person! The prints aren’t the best quality — they were printed at around 100mm/s on a Sidewinder X1 v4 at .2 later height, 220C. I can certainly imagine this printing even better on a more capable printer at lower layer heights. If you’re in doubt, don’t be.. buy.

Really poor quality and no bridging capability - leaves holes in the top surface
I recently purchased 4 different colour rolls of CC3D filament. I opened two (including this rainbow one) and was unable to get a temperature tower to print successfully, even spanning wider than the recommended temp range and at the recommended speed. The towers themselves print OK but the bridging between them failed at every temperature - and that is using the really slow recommended 30mm/s and with Cura set to bridging mode in the experimental section. To confirm the tower STL was not at fault I printed successful towers using a number of other vendor PLA and PLA+ filaments. When used for an actual print, the photo shows the quality (or not) of the top layer. The print had 20% infill and the filament was not able to even bridge the gaps and give a smooth top layer.I have actually kept this role as I used quite a bit of it making prototypes (and that will be all that it will be used for). Even if it printed well, the actual 'rainbow' effect is poor and the colours generally dull. The other three CC3D rolls have all been returned for refund as of inadequate quality.

pretty bad
really bad all round, got around to using it todayspool was broke and had to patch it up but was useable after. print quality was terrible and even after the print was finished it was so brittle that it couldnt even be usedspent most of the day with settings to try and make it useable but couldnt get any setting that helped. wasted most a day off messing with it and it will go in the bin, i couldnt even give it away its thats bad

Poor
I can’t seem to print this with any quality no matter what settings I try, where other PLAs are fine, this struggles, would not buy again.
