Q: What’s the lowest temp you can charge these in?

Depends on the charging rate. As temps drop charging should slow down, dramatically, to prevent internal damage and ensure longevity. At 40F charging should be limited to 40A, at 32F it should be limited to 30A, at 20F charging should be limited to about 15A, 10F limited to 5-7A and finally if charging below 0F charging should be avoided completely. If you follow these values or thereabouts then you’ll get a long healthy life out of these batteries. Of course if you can use a battery warmer for cold weather charging, that is even better!

Longer power usage and lighter weight.

Purchased this for off grid camping in our teardrop for its much longer power life compared to the 100ah AGM battery. Looking forward to seeing how much longer the power lasts. Time will tell as to how the battery holds up over time.

Awesome Battery

I got this for my kayak, Old Town Autopilot 120. Great battery and lasts forever. Fits the standard battery box perfectly, no adjustments. I do recommend getting a battery meter. For my purposes, I got the optimate O 127 which works to notify me when I need to get back to shore.
