Dried Red Dates - 12oz

We purchased some due to an article in Women's World Magazine, advising eating two dates two hours before bedtime would cause you to fall asleep quickly. It didn't cause my wife to sleep quicker, but she did enjoy the taste of the Red Dates, and has eaten most of them.I gave 2 red dates to 5 lady fiends each to try out and their reviews were mixed.

This is an excellent sleep aid, highly recommended product. This along with gummy bear sleep aid absolutely works to aid sleep. They do not keep you asleep, nor do they make you foggy in the morning..

Taste gross and have a seed!

I did not like the data they are hard to chew.

I bought these dates because I read in a magazine article that they are used for people with insomnia. It helped a little bit for my sleeping problems - but I didn't care for the taste that much. They were too hard and I had to soak them in warm water. Oh..well.... Thanks for reading this review!

Besides for the health benefits, the dried dates were packed well and tasted very delicious as a snack or an addition to something healthy I would find as beneficial for me. I love this company and would order again.

These are decent.It seems strange that everyone else reviewing them seems to think they're some kind of drug - eastern medicine doesn't work that way, folks. They're food, and rather healthy. Cook them in a weak simple syrup with white fungus and job's tear. Consume hot or over crushed ice. Good as a general tonic for health.
