I work from home and have three dogs, which do not always cooperate with my work schedule. I found this headset to be comfortable, and it stays in place. You can switch from side to side just by rotating the voice mic. Good noise reduction no one ever mentions my dogs, definitely worth it. Easy to just plug and play.

I've been looking for a USB-enabled hands-free headset for a while. I do skype lessons with students from home. I prefer the mono-aural to the biaural because after a few hours use, my ears feel pinched with biaural. So, this set was perfect in solving that problem. My online audio-only and video calls were crystal clear in both directions (from me to the caller and from the caller to me). I love that the set folds up neatly, thus using a small footprint on my desk. The usb cord is of generous length and the volume control and mic muting option on the headset work well and come in handy. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

This headset is almost perfect: it is durable, comfortable all day, and you can really hear what is said to you well. The microphone is a little weak. Sometimes you will need to set it touching your lips for the other person to hear you adequately. Still, this is the best value in professional telephone headsets.

Not the highest quality but they work really well. I'm working from home and the headphones have def done their job. They have a mute feature and they also expand bigger which I like. Def worth the price!!!!

I bought this in Sept. 2015 as a backup to a wireless headset (in case the wireless ran low on battery). I haven't had to use it much until the past month or so. The headset itself is not bad, fits fairly comfortably, and the cushioning is good. I can hear just fine, and I love the in-line controls. The reason for the low rating is that the microphone is so bad - my listeners tell me I'm muffled, scratchy or fading in and out and it's gotten worse the more I use it. Now it's to the point that I try to avoid talking at all, I type my responses in chat boxes if I can. For as little as I used it before, I thought it would be okay to use it a little more until I could get back to the wireless. Not so. Would not recommend this headset for heavier users, spend a little more money up front and get a longer lasting and better quality product.

I need a USB headset for my job, and for many years I have used a binaural headset from a well known manufacturer, and it hurts. Seriously. After several hours my ears would ache, and I wear glasses at the computer so it would be pressing those into the side of my head. I tried this because I have the dialpad and headset telephone made by this manufacturer and love it. The USB headset is identical to my phone headset. Light weight, comfortable, great clarity of sound and noise cancellation. Ahhh.... life just got a whole lot better! And at a most reasonable price. I highly recommend it if you are required to wear a headset for extended periods!!!

I've been using another Agptek product that works fine. My job changed VOIP service so I needed another headset but using USB. This header works perfectly. The sound is perfect and clear. I hope they have a wireless option for later changes. This wired headset is recommended by me. I already told coworkers about this inexpensive headset that works perfectly.
