Lutron FCJS-010 Powpak Wireless White & Green

Absolutlely needed for LEDs that require 0-10V for dimming. This allows on/off and dimming with Lutron wireless switch

I ordered three Lutron FCJS-010 Powpak Wireless controls to connect to my Lutron Vive system and Hub. One item worked, however the other two were defective. The only way to know this was to fully install the items as they are electrical controls. The Seller did not ship the items on time, so I had to message them multiple times to get them to ship the parts. After installation just a fews days after I received the items, two were defective. I messaged the seller within the 30 day window to begin a Return and Refund, however the system would not allow me to do so, so I had to instead Contact the Seller. I messaged them well within the 30 day window to begin the Return process and they told me to go through my Amazon Returns process. This however did not work which is why I messaged the Seller directly in the first place. After weeks of messaging, I am now outside of my 30 day window and the Seller is refusing to Refund these expensive defective parts. They are over $100 each so I paid $300+ and only received 1/3rd of that value. I now have to re-purchase these parts elsewhere and will not be getting my money back. This was a total waste of my time and money. I absolutely do not recommend buying electronic parts or controls from this Seller based on my experience. I feel as though I have been scammed into buying defective parts.
