I love its simplicity and precise of the writing , it is NOT BORING to read at all , it is fun and very informative , regardless if you know what to say or if you are a seasoned realtor , this book takes you to a refreshing course of how to express yourself to your prospective clients , I Love It , I am extremely happy with my purchase

This is book touches on the surface of simple techniques in real estate conversation for real estate agents.It's an excellent read if you are starting your real estate career. It gives you an ahead start on how to lead the conversation. However, there is little to no direction to what you need to say or do after making the statement. I have been using, "Who do you know" question. It works very well.

A real estate agent used this book as a study guide. Pretty good, not overly complicated.

I wish I could give it to all the agents in town. My copy was wire spiral bound, an excellent choice. I highly recommend this for all agents and the more generic book "Exactly what to say" for everyone else. This is genius, it's great for anyone who struggles for words to say in different situations. I took notes and studied it for hours. We all could use a "script writer" from time to time!

I would totally recommend this book if you are struggling to breakthrough those barriers and control conversations to find out what potential clients are looking for and ultimately help them!

This book is great to just open up, pick a random page, read a few lines to take with you on your next appointment. These are incredible phrases, lines of conversation and sentences to arm yourself with to lead your client engagements toward the outcomes you desire. Not only that, they will help you come across as a very thoughtful, considerate and intelligent real estate agent who can help people achieve their goals. Highly recommend for all sales agents.
