The WiFi extender works great. It is confusing to set it up. The technical support team was very helpful

A waste of $250. With the units 60ft apart, with only small bit of foliage between them, pointed diretcly at each other the connection experiences 10% packet loss. No changes in transmission power, channel selection, or distance settings improve the situation.Using a indoor only Netgear Orbi router/satellite combo covering the same distance, also going through a layer of drywall, insulation, and brick, then through a glass window on the other end in addition to the foliage, yields 0% packet loss and a perfectly fast, reliable connection.

I got this point to point system to replace what was supposed to be a higher reviewed, higher spec'ed and slightly higher priced model from another company. And wow, this thing JUST WORKS. Just plug, point, play and it just works. No IT knowledge needed - it's preconfigured. I've seen upwards of 500-600mbps straight line from modem to point A to 200-300ft to point B. This solved 6 weeks of networking headaches. We love you TRENDNet and we love this product!

It was sold as preconfigured and it was. Plugged in and it worked. Did send a message to them with a question and four days later still no response. Send the signal from house to barn about 400 ft and it’s great.

These units work perfectly this is the first one I ever installed Aim the two units at each other and they work perfectly no configuration necessary

It is small and easy to hide in plain sight. Easy to setup and the use of POE makes it easy to mount almost anywhere.

I bought this product and could not get it to work. I called tech support and spent an hour with one of there techs they could not get the unit to communicate and told me they would have a higher level tech call me. I did receive a call and they still could not make the system work. I put in for a refund as my return window closed with amazon. Still no refund or any contact from the company.

This product works well, but if the antennas are not level with each other the signal becomes intermittent. This is the same if vegetation crosses the signal’s path. Once I got them lined up and completely unobstructed they have worked seamlessly.
