Works as intended...much better than our previous induction by pigeon which had plastic pannel and would ultimately form holes at button sites...this one has one piece glass covering whole surface making it a free from that problem and you don't have to worry about spilled liquids getting under control panel...highly recommended...this one is our 3rd buy of this very product...all working at our homes.

Pigeon acer plus induction stove stopped working after smoke emitted and blasted in a month after purchase . No active customer care number. No service centre in Mysore. Cheap quality product.

It's one of my great mistake to choose this brand induction cooktop.I had earlier choosed to buy havells or vgaurd but , some recommendations or suggestions poped up and the low price compare to the other two companies made me to purchase this.Iwas very sceptical aswell to buy or not but read some features and warranty so finalized to buy this .And my sceptisim come true when after 1 months of use some glitches are experienced and after 2 months the cooktop is completely dead not powering on not responding to switch on off so it's completely a headache now to claim for repair or the following aftermaths all we know how troublesome the process are like calling for service executive sending the product to service centre on our own cost etc.I m regretting now why I purchased this headache.

Good product good appearance long lasting, With same specifications other brand is higher price than this.

The media could not be loaded. The induction cooktop is very good for bachelor's for coffee, tea making. Works fine. Functions are also good. Feather thouch is fab.Cons.(refer video)its control program is not that good. Due to some mistake or its malfunction all Function keys are locked by program.Now it starts at full capacity. Some times is didnt show the display. Also do not stop fan automatically after cooling.I have read complete user manual nowhere mentioned about any Function lock or child safety lock like other induction cooktop.After sale service experience-I contacted to customer service and its been 5 days. No one came to repair. I have send them video of malfunction then i got the info that its PCB is malfunctioning need to replace it and they do not have the parts for repair. Authorised Service only available in mumbai, pune and nagpur in maharashtra as per my knowledge.Rest area people need to bring product to office by self cost. Product is ok but plastic quality should be improved as compared to price..
