Assorted Contemporary Hijab Pins (Set of 5)

I do not wear a Hijab, but chose this item to pin two long scarves together to make a pattern. These pins are perfect. They are quietly elegant, very nicely made, and extremely easy to use - no fumbling as with other Hijab pins. They are not flashy. They ought to last for years. I actually purchased another set. They look better in real life than in the photo. Most stores would charge this price for one pin, even including the shipping. Lovely gift or for yourself.I ordered a third set of 5 and it was not as nice as the first 2. The seller wrote me a nice email and replaced them. I have recently purchased a few sets of just 2 matching pins which are quite lovely. I wear pashminas everyday to work and have many beautiful colors. Making a double sided pashmina with 2 or 3 pins is very nice. Just wear some eye make-up and you are already looking very nice even if the rest of your outfit is plain or ordinary. Your age doesn't matter. Your religion doesn't matter.These really are the nicest hijab pins on Amazon, and the seller is kind and ethical. They look sort of Art Deco, and hold without ripping the cloth. Pashminas can serve as a replacement for a business jacket in a casual environment, keep you warm in meetings or on lunch breaks, or help you deal with very cold weather for head and neck and chest when freezing winter days show up. They are distinctly feminine in a graceful and dignified way..

These are quite unattractive. I got bells , an owl ,a cherub and two circles. The circles were the only ones I like.they are also the only ones like the picture. I thought I would get five from those shown. I'll keep but won't order from them again.

Wow, when they said assorted, they are NOT.I received almost the same pin for each one. They are all the same metal with the adornment being the same size and almost the same design on each. I bought these thinking that I would get a variety of the different metal colors and adornments. Everyone is going to think that I am wearing the same one, over and over again... I like uniqueness and these are definitely not... I would use only one of them...

This is a nice selection of designs. As other reviewers mention, the point of the pin is not sharp enough to go through most fabrics. Will work ok for a knit or loosely woven fabric. I'm going to use my Dremel sander to try sharpening these.It takes quite a while for these to arrive as they are coming all the way from China. I wanted these to wear as decorative safety pins for the safety pin movement.

The pins were nice and served there purpose. I wish I had looked a bit longer for something that had just a little bling. As it was the package they came in was clear and you could see each pin. With this being said, I wish someone would have thought to look to see that they were sending as many different shapes/designs as possible. Two of the packages were exactly the same. I'm sure they have more designs to choose from. If that would have happened, I would have given them a 4.

I wanted fashionable safety pins for all my outerwear to signify to others that I am a safe person, who stands ready to help anyone being threatened because of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation. The pins in the photo are not among the pins I received. The pins you actually get are of stupid things like ice cream cones. One of the pins was a naked fairy. Are they serious?!? Oh, and the item cannot be returned, in case you're wondering.

I am very happy with this order. I wasnt sure if I was going to get them but soooo glad I did the pins are bigger than in the pic but yet a great size and very well made details are so beautiful the color is as well ...I am very happy with this product
