Can catch a bunch of mice
These work great put a dab of peanut butter in there and the mice will come. I have caught 4 or 5 mice at once in the traps. You can catch and release if you want or do whatever.

Chicken Coop
Extremely satisfied!! Using in our chicken coop. Set 2 traps inside and 1 outside. Nothing after the first night. Second night, nothing in the outside trap but there were 6-8 mice in EACH trap! Yuck!!We moved the 3rd trap inside and we’ll see if we get more tonight!!We’re super happy to have caught so many at one time. No bait, no fuss. Also like the glass top to be able to see inside.

Trap springs are too weak. Mice are able to enter and exit.
We live in a high-altitude desert and have an elderly neighbor who loves feeding the world's birds. Pounds of bird seed = pounds of mice. Over the past 12 years, I've not had any failures with this type of trap (though my old ones are from a different maker). We use them outside around the perimeter of our house and in our garage. I put a dash of peanut butter in the center and either catch a mouse or the peanut butter remains. We never have issues with any other animal (ant, lizard, or other). Unfortunately, with the new traps (these CatchMaster traps purchased through Amazon), I put a dash of peanut butter inside and placed all three around the house. In all three cases, over the course of 2 nights, the peanut butter was gone from each trap but no mice were caught. So all three had a mouse get in, eat the peanut butter and be able to get out! Since we never had a single escape from our previous traps, zero for 3 is unimaginably bad odds. This product simply does not work. The concept does, as my old traps (again, from another maker) did work. But obviously, this company is all about using cheaper and less material to save cost. They reverse-engineered a good product into such a bad product, they now have to include glue traps! If we wanted to catch/kill mice on glue traps, we would have just purchased glue traps! Unbelievable. I wish I had read these reviews first. All 3 traps have been returned.

Catches well
We had a mouse problem last winter and put these out with some peanut butter in them. Mouse problem solved. Caught eight in one night in one of them.If the mice manage to get their head under the drop ramp, they are unable to open it up. Solidly built and mouse proof.I wish the plastic covers were higher quality; washing the traps led to all but one clear plastic shattering (we were gentle too.)I would love to see a better quality plastic, or at least replacements available.Would love to see larger sizes for rats to be honest.

Better than my cat...and she's a beast
A local pest expert recommended these. Let me tell you, they work! While it’s a little more expensive than alternative styles, it more than pays for itself with the number of mice it can catch as well as how long the trap lasts. Some tips...-Definitely get the clear top ones as opposed to the ones that are all metal so you can see what’s going on in there before you pick it up and open it!-There’s a mechanism to let mice and but not out and I haven’t had any issues with mice escaping so I’m not sure how necessary the sticky pads are. If you have a smart mouse you might need to use them but I would rather catch and release away from my house so I tend to avoid them altogether. Bonus- the sticky pads actually work well for catching spiders, crickets, and other insects in a damp basement!-Dry bait (think trail mix) and peanut butter have worked really well. Peanut butter can get pretty messy when mice get in there and strew it all around so I ended up gluing a bottle cap inside to keep the peanut butter contained.-I clean/disinfect with odoban once in a while. It also helps to keep the hinges clean (i.e.) keeps the traps working.-And just in case you’re wondering…they work for rodents up to the size of a small chipmunk.

Not good around pets
Effective mouse trap. Caught one the first night I had them out. Unfortunately the top is very thin plastic like the packaging they put baked goods in at the bakery. My dog heard the mouse and broke the top and got stuck on the sticky trap. He then proceeded to break the top of all the traps I had set out so within 24 hours they are all broken.

Definitely a better mouse trap!
I think I am catching two mice per month! I caught 7 of them with this trap and released them far away from my house.I use peanuts, pretzels, and a little dog food as my bait. They walk in and can't get out. It is very easy to fill, use, and release them when you are ready.

Mouse traps
This trap works great!!!! Placed trap inside my attic in all four corners. Caught a mouse, within a couple days when I went back to look. The glue sheets were very easy to place inside. Especially when discarding. Makes no noise. I like the fact they are pet friendly and kid friendly. I like how you have a clear view to see inside of it. Nice having an option to be humane. But I prefer the glue boards…Highly recommend
