I call it the Latina magic lol it’s great for your immune system and when my kids are coughing or sick that’s what helps them go through the night. It does taste and smell strong but definitely worth it. Just mix it with some honey and lime juice

Wouldn't recommend if you’d rather avoid feeling like you just had a shot. Had to throw it in the trash which is quite frustrating. I don’t even drink alcohol because that’s how disgusting it is to me, so I def don’t want to be drenched in it when taking a supplement, out of all things. Other propolis I’ve had also contained alcohol, but it was undetectable in flavor.

15% concentrated is a great product and helps your immune system, the taste it’s terrible, I try it straight in my mouth and I almost vomited. I’ll use it with juice and honey to help me pass it down, hopefully it will help me get over this cold
