Baseline 12-0200 Pinch Gauge, 30 lbs Capacity, Blue

Product arrived on time and as described.

Pinch gauge failed only 2 months into use in an office setting by a fellowship trained hand surgeon. Product stored appropriately in the provided foam lined container between uses. Initially worked well. Around 6 weeks in the gauge began maxing out at 10lbs, and then failed completely a few weeks later. No reading possible at any force currently.

Product received as described and functions properly. However, shipping was by basic USPS and took 9 days for delivery. Totally unacceptible shipping time!

I ordered these in end of May of 2021 and they are already not working and it's only the end of the first week of July. When trying to assess grip strength, they get stuck at 5#. Not happy at all and it seems that I should have stuck with the Jamar brand.

I use this device every day and it fell apart about a week after I bought it. My husband had to tighten the hex screws on the sides. I hope this need is not a frequent occurrence.

Gauge was twisted, not aligned straight. Otherwise seems new. Must be a "second" quality item.

I bought this product the end of November and it already does not work. I don’t who to contact for a replacement.

Fell apart with little use. Glass came iff, calibration not efficient. Not worth the high cost.
