Worth the money in gold!
Have owned this pump for 3 years and it has been one of the best investments ever made! Never had a single issue, so can't comment on any tech support. Used it many times, works like a charm. Decent power: it pumps with a 20' suction hose into 100' of discharge hose pretty well, as long as the discharge hose is on level ground or only a slight rise.

Get this!
This is a great pump for high volume pumping. Small enough to move easily yet will do the job quickly. I filled a large pond with this pump with no issues.

Engine quit running after 3 months
Engine not running after 3 months, cannot get any help from Amazon, Red Lion, or the engine manufacturer LCT. $400.00, and after 3 months, can’t even use it. Would give a zero rating, but unavailable

Doesn’t work. Cheap product. Don’t buy.
The is product broke in 1 minute after following all of the steps. Use pumps a lot and thought this was a good deal. Amazon will not accept a return for this item. So I can’t even get my money back like any other store!? Frustrating.
