It is thick so it will keep me full and satisfy my hunger.It is a perfect coffee mixer. 1 of these with 2 scoops of intent coffee 3 eggs. That's 58gs of protein in less than 10 minutes. My husband and I both use this protein drink regularly! It is very filling. No sugar. Very high protein content. It has tons of nutrients. It tastes / smells great! We get products that have expiration dates that are one year away or longer. It is a very healthy product! A great value for the amount of protein you get! We are very happy with these!

Honestly, this is one of the best plant-based protein shakes I’ve tried. The texture is smooth, not gritty, and the flavors are surprisingly rich without that weird artificial aftertaste. There is no way that I know of, that I could possibly tell if it’s helping my protein or not. I can tell you that I got the chocolate flavor and the only way I could drink it was I added 1/2 as much chocolate milk to it.

I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend. And yes, it has worked for me. In 15 days I lost 5 pounds. It has a good taste and smell. I'll take it on time and in perfect condition. It fulfills its functions as described. If I had to give him an evaluation, it would be 100 out of 10. Excellent.

Good high protein shakes. They do have a very slight after taste but I justify because it is a higher protein shake. The cost is high. If the cost goes up, I may have to change back to previous lower protein shakes.
