Absolutely the best product for the price.The Auto sensor is quite good.Have been using personal shredders for close to 10 years.And found this product to be quite convenient to use.Before you get absorbed with negative reviews, please note the following.1. Paper shredders are pricey equipment; So a low cost one cannot be expected to be very sturdy.2. You need to be conversant with how to use it. Else, the product will not last long.3. Shredding laminated papers like brochures and visiting cards could possibly damage the blades. Or the plastic film could get entwined and damaged the internal rollers. SO, SHRED ONLY PLAIN PAPERS4. If papers get stuck; the reverse mechanism is always available to retrieve the papers. Just pushing the papers down with force will only damage the shredder.5. These shredders are good for routine shredding. Not to shred entire files of papers at a single stretch.If you need to shred loads of paper; then go in for the higher models.
