Customer service went above and beyond to help me set this up. Great little printer for the money.

Failed within few weeks of usage
The cartridge started leaking ink within the first few weeks. After that some lines won't print and it started having random failures with sometimes printing nothing at all. Wiping the front and shaking the cartridge didnt work.

It works
Pro-Tip: If you forget to remove the cartridge from the printer like the instructions tell you, and it dries out, remove it later and put the plastic cover back on and let it sit for a few days. It may still be recoverable! Mine was.
