Extra padding needed for bony knees
This pad has made yoga much more comfortable. Nice to have the extra cushioning for my knees and butt.

Just what I wanted! Perfect!
I ordered several different knee pads - I don't know why other brands think I want something almost as hard as my floor. This one is just what I wanted - squishy and very comfortable. I don't know how long it will last, but it's perfect and not very expensive, so I'll get another if there's any issue. Oh, and I'm getting some for Christmas presents too because everyone needs this to make exercise a little easier.

A Knee Saver!
This knee pad comes to Pilates with me 5 times a week. It is just the right squishiest and is just the extra support that my knees need. It is lightweight to carry. I love the width of the pad- it is more generous than others I have tried

Great for knees, hard to get it to stay flat
This has helped my knees a lot during yoga, but boy was it a pain to get it to lay flat. The product comes rolled up, and it definitely did not want to unroll. I ended up having to roll it up in the opposite direction inside my yoga mat to get it to be somewhat flat. No other complaints about the product, I just wish they stored and shipped it flat so this wouldn’t be an issue. But after rolling it up the other way in my yoga mat for a couple days and leaving it like that, it’s finally flatter.

Not Very Durable
I have used the mats less than 10 times and the surface is starting to disintergrate. Beyond that, I am please with the 2 mats I got.
