I’m recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic and thought I would have to give up cake for dessert. These are very tasty, very easy to make and I have to say that with zero sugar frosting, you can’t tell the difference from regular cake!

I have fallen in love with Sweet Logic's Mug Cake line. My favorite is the Confetti Mug Cake, followed closely by the Lemon Poppyseed & Blueberry flavors. I have found that, for me at least, the 'just add water' versions (e.g. Confetti Mug Cake) have a better taste & texture if I add 2 TB of water + 1 egg. I'll just use water when I am traveling for work & when eggs may not be possible but I definitely prefer the texture & flavor when I add in 1 egg. All of the Sweet Logic Mug Cakes are great additions to my dairy-free, gluten-free & keto-esque lifestyle. I am SO happy that I found these amazing, tasty mug cakes!

Good option for a sweet treat…frosting helps it taste even better. Easy to make, a bit of a pain to clean up the mug after.

I certainly did not get the amount of cake as pictured, however, the cake is delicious.

My girlfriend and I got excruciating stomach pains for the next 12 hours after eating this. I read that it can happen from the artificial sugar. Absolutely terrible. Didn’t taste very good either. Save yourself the trouble.

I did the just add water instructions and got a GOOPY MESS! WTF? And the optional instruction is just as VAGUE! Will not be buying again, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
