Haven't done any real hard riding on them yet, but they seem well built and are much more substantial than my old ones. The old ones were my first and haven't worked for years. Time will tell if the ride is better with these, but from what I've heard, I won't want to go back to the old ones.

I love driving my Jeep on the beach. I usually try to take as many family members as possible with me to experience the uniqueness of the beach driving experience. There’s also something to be said about being able to access areas others can’t.These bump stops 100% improved the off-road beach driving feel and experience of my Jeep Wrangler.The stock bump stops had a noticeably abrupt and uncomfortable bottoming out of the suspension when traversing bumpy off road beach sand. Especially when my Jeep was loaded with passengers! After installing these metal cloak bump stops it’s almost unnoticeable when the suspension bottoms out. Even when there are FAR TOO MANY passengers and cargo in a five passenger Jeep!These bump stops are some of the best on the market. Metal cloak is known in the jeep world as one of the top manufacturers of off road suspension accessories. These bump stops live up to that reputation.Installing these bump stops was almost easier than removing the old worn out stock bump stops. I used a little window cleaner as a lubricant and they popped in fairly easily by hand. They have a better than OEM fit that blends in perfectly with the rest of the suspension. Not sure why the original bump stops are an ugly faded yellow. These being black look so much better!I’m extremely pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone with a Jeep.

So these were an easy install on my jeep JK we had to do a little bit of cutting to get them to work. I don’t know if that was the thickness of the bump stops or if there was damage on the jeep when I bought it and it didn’t have them in it, very well could’ve been the problem. But they’re in solid now and no more issues.

Ok these are just what the doctor ordered for my grocery getter JKU, box stock the originals were disintegrated replaced them with some hard poly ones. HUGE mistake on the Ol street wagon rode hard and banged like the frame was in danger of cracking. Cut those out and replaced them with these, WOW way better than the old stock ones and waaaaaay better than the cheap hard poly ones! Don't make my mistake spend the money on these you wont regret that choice!

I purchased this item after seeing a YouTuber I follow closely. Seemed like a great alternative to the stock ones. When I received them they felt like a hard plastic and doubted it's technology and material behind it. I was hoping this would help with speed bumps. Nope it made it worse. The factory ones surprisingly had a better cushion. Not sure if I received the wrong product. Packaging looked original Metalcloak. And due to the procedure of installing them . I am now just living with them .

Metal cloak jeep bump stops. Got these for my JK which are know for their harsh rides over bumps. These really made a significant difference. Definitely recommend. I put the rear ones on my self but took to a jeep shop to do the front since it’s a bit more involved. For the price concessions buyer like myself you will be totally happy with these. Makes a big difference.
