It’s a good buy
We put these in a 10x 14 storage they light up pretty good! The remote it’s all that but we leave them on anyways so it doesn’t really matter. This was a good buy!

I wish they were easier to turn on and off
Remotes don't work very well and you can't turn on the lights until the solar panel isn't getting sun light. And light just come on automatically at night and stay on unless you turn them off

Its works at night not in the day for me
Using it in a shed ,the lighting is very good. I love that it was bright. My only problem is that I would like to use it during the day and it wont turn on it has a remote. As soon as it gets dark it turns on automatically and can be turned off with the remote. The instructions say to cover the solar panel to use during the day but that didn't work for me.

Unusable during the day
The solar panel detects whether there's any light and, if there is, it shuts off the lights. That's dumb. Sheds are dark, even during the day. I want a light that can be turned on during the day.Ordinarily, I'd return this. But I've already modified it (I cut into one of the cables to put in a magnetic switch, so that when I open the shed door, the light turns on). So I guess I'm stuck with it.

Remote control section does not work.
Being a solar-powered light, I knew when buying it that it would ONLY turn on at night... which is what I wanted because it is used in our goat barn. I am, however, dissatisfied that the section of the cord used for the remote control ... does not work. Meaning, the remote control aspect of it did not work on the one I bought. We had to take that section off of the cord and attach it to the cord normally.Additionally, PLEASE pay attention to the actual size of the lights. I bought them not knowing they were only 5.9 inches diameter. This is my own fault because I went by the photo that made them look larger than they are. So, please make you realize the size because I did not lmfao. They still work, though, for what I need them for.

Why is there a remote if it turns on autonmatically at night?
Seems pointless to have a remote if it turns on automatically each night! I guess you can use the remote to turn it off when you don't need it. This is great is you want an outdoor day/night light, but not for an indoor shed or garage.

Perfect for these 4PM Northeast darkness
Perfect, just what we needed for these dark 4PM afternoons. Simple installation and the remote is a great feature.
