Great customer service
Had a issue with delivery it looked like the brown bag came unglued and the bottle may have slipped out. I contacted customer service and without any questions started a replacement free of charge.Bottle and straw pump are as described seems sturdy and in great condition. Will purchase again if I find myself needing another bottle for my dish soap pump.

wrong measurement
the ad showed the measurement of .78 for the top if the bottle. The measurement is actually 7/8 . did not fit what I needed it for.

No hose included
Mine came without the hose. Seems pretty clear to me that the hose is included, so before I retutrn it, it's off to Home Depot to find a solution. Otherwise, the screw-in thread and diameter fits exactly. I should have done all this at a brick and mortar store...
