They fit snugly, definitely helps with support. The strap keeps the thigh sleeve from sliding down which extend s the elasticity.

I love these leg compression sleeves. They help when I have aching legs, or restless leg syndrome or when I feel a leg cramp coming on. I sleep with one or both on almost every night. I like that they are not socks so my feet do not have to be covered to help me not get too hot when I wear them. They have a velcro strap at the top to keep them up over the knee when walking. Very comfortable and my legs feel great after wearing them. One has a little tear on the top seam from pulling them up over the years, but still wearable.

More comfortable and about as easy to put on as zippered compression socks, but without leaving a deep (and sometimes painful) zipper line. Having no feet also made putting them on easier and help prevent the toe cramps I have gotten from footed ones. Overall very comfortable while giving adequate compression.Though I ordered the right size based on product instructions, these still slipped down during long wear (8 hour plus flights, 30 hour overall journeys, 3 to 4 hours walking especially if stairs were involved). But trips to the toilet could be used to pull them back up where they stayed for another 3 to 6 hours. IF your pants are relatively loose, you can even pull them up through the pant leg. This is however a problem I have experienced with ALL compression hose whether I bought them too large or too small (the only "solutions" might be glue or a garter belt!?).

I measured my thigh at 17 inches, which is at the end measurement for XXXL and it was too tight on the thighs but perfect on the calves. So I returned and purchased XXXL, which was a perfect fit from the thighs to the knees. The problem is that it's now quite loose at the bottom. The proportions are off on these sleeves. I guess they assumed if you have thicker thighs then you'll have cankles also. I'm trying it for a couple days to see if having it loose at the calves is something I can work with. I bought the pros for the strap at the thighs, but I don't think I'll have to use them cause it already fits perfect there. Good feature to have either way.

Love these ! Pulled a hamstring 4 months a go playing pickleball and if it weren’t for these I would have been out 4 months. Been applying Icy Hot then these over my leg and haven’t missed my 3 or 4 times weekly playing. Highly recommend !! The upper strap is the key. Had to write a review !

Why did you pick this product vs others?:They are easy to get on and comfortable. Wear these instead of Ted hose after surgery.

The video shows a patella brace the sleeves I got doesn't have that. The only reason I got these was for the patella brace...I measured exactly they way they suggest was surprised to find it XXL once they are on they are not comfortable around my thighs won't be wearing or using these. UPDATE: THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING. I WAS NOT ISSUED A REFUND. A REFUND IS PUTTING THE MONEY I SPENT BACK ONTO MY CARD. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS AN AMAZON CREDIT. MEANING I CANNOT TAKE THE MONEY I SPENT AND PURCHASE WHAT I WANT WHERE I WANT OR SPEND IT HOW I WANT, INSTEAD I HAVE TO ONCE AGAIN SPEND IT HERE ON AMAZON.
