Perfect size and durable!

We were looking for a variety of life-like reptiles to use with a unit study on them. We plan to put them in sensory bins, use them for dioramas, and as a reference for art projects.The snakes and crocodile are wonderful, as are the mammals. The scorpion and bearded dragon are okay though less life-like and a larger scale than the rest. The Komodo dragon is much larger and not as textured, obviously made by a different manufacturer or with a different artist planning it.Overall I'm glad to have bought this set as the life-like ones are wonderful and the rest are acceptable for our purposes. (The scorpion is set aside for our arachnid study and the bat, anteater, and pangolin for a unit study on mammals.)I wish the packaging used less plastic (each figure was individually wrapped in a plain plastic bag and the bagged again together. Would definitely love to see this in recyclable materials. As is, the packaging of the product isn't the best for gifting but the quality of the pieces are high enough for any kid to be happy with these.

Fun colors. Use for backyard play to introduce children to reptiles, encourages them to use their imagination, and accurate designs. Great for kids!
