Are these packed well or do they arrive smashed

The First time i bought them they arrived fine. Second time smashed to hell Third time smashed to hell Forth time the arrived fine, It all depends how good the person and handlers look after the package. otherwise for use the 2nd and 3rd time they were badly smashed up for us.

Do you only get the one row of biscuits or two

I gave the tin of biscuits as a gift but I think there are 2 layers.
