Simple yet Sturdy
I ran a quick test today, it rounds a stack of paper edges fairly well. The rounded corner has slight deviations depending on their location in the stack. Flipping the stack then cutting the same corner again makes the round corners a bit more equal on the stack. It's a great machine, simple yet sturdy.

It works, It's good- BUT
Let me tell you about this product: It's good and does the job when set up correctly, but keep in mind there's quite a learning curve, and it requires two people for assembly. (Shockingly)After spending at least three hours trying to set it up, I was convinced it wouldn't work because I couldn't get it to cut the corners perfectly round. (I'm not willing to settle for anything other than a PERFECTLY ROUND CORNER) So, I asked my husband for help, and he worked on it for another hour and a half with no success. In the end, we ended up having to 3D print a jig with 10mm corners to achieve the perfect angle for the flaps.Without this jig, it would have been impossible to keep the flaps in place and angled in a way that makes a nice and round cut.I wouldn't recommend this product if your project requires frequent switching between blades or angles. It's a pain to set everything up each time, and unless you have two of these—one for each corner radius—switching blades would be a hassle after all the effort it takes.I don't like that some oil comes off the bottom, which smudges the table a little when it's moved around. Also, there's no tray to catch the cuts. Don't bother with this if you're cutting thin or not a large amount of paper, as it won't make a clean cut. I found that it works best on plastic cards and heavier materials. It does the job now that I have it set up. And It's my only option since those $9.99 corner cutters won't handle the materials I'm working with.In short, it works, if you are willing to invest the time and effort to make it work.

Good heavy duty rounded corner cutter, directions so-so
I like the cutting ability and clean cuts. It took fine tuning on how far the card stock moved in using the guide plates with the 1/4 (that was already in the unit) blade but when I changed to the 3/8 blade it presented a challenge with limited directions. They don’t clearly explain that simply changing the blade means that the bottom plate that meets the blade must also be removed and turned around so that both reflect the radius of the cut. Directions name parts but no illustrations exist on parts that need to be removed and which screws with hex keys used.

Worth the purchase.
I love how this can cut a lot of corners at a time, but I do wish the blade was a little rounder. It can leave a minor error if not placed just write. I now know how to manipulate it to do what I need. I also wish the came with something to catch the paper trimmings.I love how it comes with an extra blade and how sturdy it is.

Frustrating
Came out of the box cutting R6 good. Changing over to R10 has been a nightmare. There is no provide tool or guide that puts the angled brackets into the proper position. On top of that, the arm isn't aligned straight and pull to the side if the handle isn't pulled straight down.

Works great for intended purpose
I make custom notebooks (pocket sized and passport sized). I use this to round two of the four corners for carrying in pockets. Works well and saves a ton of time over small handheld alternatives.Others have mentioned that changing blades and aligning for good corners is difficult. I found it to be real easy. Have a good 1/4” thick perfectly square sharp edged L ruler or square (no dull rounded or rolled edges). Loosen alignment jigs, place L ruler/square in between alignment jigs and center corner to punch blade. Hold in place while pressing one alignment jig in and tightening jig screws. Continue holding, press second alignment jig in tight (really tight) to L ruler/square side and tighten second set of jig screws. When using be sure that your paper(s)/pad/notebook are pressed tight to alignment jigs. Before cutting corner make sure point is centered, then cut.Personally think this was one of the best purchases I have made in a while.
