peace of mind
as someone who suffers from sleep apnea, there is nothing more frightening than your body being deprived of oxygen. the scene of panic, whenever it happens, it is a truly frightening experience but now that I use the ring the vibration alerts are a game-changer for me no longer do I get to the stage of my body being shocked into a panic heart-pounding and thinking that you're about to meet your maker the alerts stop me from reaching that low level of low blood oxygen when it drops the gentle vibrations are enough to stir me from my sleep, the graphs will at least show my doctor what is happening with my leaves .until then I can go to bed with peace of mind knowing that I will be altered when oxygen levels are too low

Perfect if you want accurate readings to monitor sleep.
Simple to setup and is comfortable enough to wear all night. The App is excellent, providing an incredibly detail set of data about pulse rate and Oxygen levels.

Not sure about this
Not sure if it's me or the product but I couldn't get this to work with the app. Having given up on it, I bought a cheaper omixeter which although far more basic, does the job with much less frustration.

Easy to use and works great with the App.
Excellent device. Very easy to use and comfortable to wear on the index finger. Works brilliantly with the App so you can see the results at a glance. Really helped me to understand that I was struggling for oxygen during my sleep. Only thing I didn't like is that the overall SpO2 score given, bears no resemblance to the the data points on the graph. I contacted them for an explanation but got no satisfaction. If you look at the picture you will wonder how could the SpO2 average be 92% when most of the graph is well below 90%

Not one size fits all. Mainly meant for men guessing by the size of the silicone ring
So disappointed.I needed a ring type oximeter, but it constantly loses connection because not even my thumb is large enough to wear it without issues. As soon as you move it loses connection again. There ought to be at least one smaller ring option to this. Gutted

Totally innacurate
This graph shows readings dangerously low however the Average says 91%.Absolutely impossible. You can see by the graph, average oxygen is well below the 90% line and is in the 80's most of the graph. Sometimes down to 81%. It's dangerous and causes more anxiety than its worth. This is on its way back for a different model.

Great very accurate I do recommend! 👍👍
The media could not be loaded. Great accuracy, my doctor came out on a visit and checked it with his he agreed it was the same. He said “It was much better than his.”The doctor liked the way I can send him reports via email using pdf.I have not checked the software out however the app works fine it uploads the reports straight to the phone after 10 hours or by turning it off and on.The battery is great and it charges up within and hour or two.Well worth the money!! 👍👍

Backed up by my own NHS sleep test. BRAVO!!!
Bought this device as my wife had noticed that I stop breathing for periods at night. Attached this to my thumb before sleep and was absolutely amazed that it did indeed show my oxygen levels momentarily dropping to 85 snd an average of 92 during the night.I tried it on to monitor through the day as a comparison and that showed an average of 98.My wife tried it on for one night to test the devices reliability and that showed an average of 98. After seeking help from the doctor I had a polysomnography test which showed this device was slightly under reading the 02. My clinical test showed an average of 90.Personally I think to be slightly under reading is a good thing. The result was that this little device did indeed show I as having problems getting enough oxygen on a nightAnd was backed up by a clinical test.I am now waiting for further tests and treatment.
