I have been using this stool almost daily for 3 years and still works like new. Smoothly opens and closes. Joints are still sturdy. Folds flat to fit between the fridge and the wall. Plus attractive! Perfect for kitchen use and reaching high shelves.

I previously had a bulky, ugly stepladder that was extremely hard to fold. We've got high cabinets, and I'm constantly using a stepladder, and I needed one that wasn't a huge pain to deal with. This one is strong, tall enough that I can reach my highest cabinets, and folds totally flat so it fits in small spaces. Honestly, it's attractive, so I just keep it in the kitchen instead of tucking it away in the mudroom like the old one.

I was a looking for a utility stepladder but I want it decorative because it will be used regularly on my kitchen. I didnt want the usual standard ladder from stores. This is elegant, but surprisingly very sturdy. But I am 135 lbs only. It is easy to fold, and it doesnt take up much space. It's lightweight. The price you pay is worth it. My only complaint is the effingly sticky sticker--i had to use a glue remover, spent 15 minutes on it. Other than that, very satisfied w/ the stepladder.

Due to recent kitchen remodel, purchased for my wife to be able to reach top shelf of the new cabinets. Had to be "fashionable", easy to use, sturdy, and lightweight. This step ladder fit the bill. Made from extruded aluminum, the ladder is lighter than our wood dinette chairs (which she used before this arrived) and the rubber bottom leg protectors prevent it from sliding on the floor.

Recent remodel of the kitchen has taller cabinets that are impossible to reach to the top shelf. This step ladder is perfect to slip alongside our fridge and stay hidden but allows quick access to the ladder. Sturdy enough for everyday tasks around the house. I wouldn't consider using this for any type of intense work like construction but it's perfect for getting up to the top of cabinets, changing smoke detector batteries, and cleaning on top of tall furniture.

I use this product in my kitchen because I'm short and have very high cabinets. Not only is this step stool attractive but it is very sturdy. Lightweight, easy to fold and very slim. I am very happy with my purchase, I would buy it again and I highly recommend this for your kitchen.

Using in a wine room so we wanted something that didn’t look too utilitarian, was slim profile to tuck away, and had a good weight capacity. This fit the bill and is very useful for this purpose.
