Ambient Weather WS-10-C Wireless Indoor/Outdoor 8-Channel Thermo-Hygrometer, Console Only

Very basic, but works great over many years. Four locations for humidity as well.

Perfect replacement for the one I had for over 6yrs.

Since June 2021 two freezers one stand-up one chest with probe.Rang is fair so make sure.Also battery change will have lost of memory with alarm settings. Keep the instruction.Setup not as easy as it should be.

I use the WS-10 with the F007TP (Temperature Probe) to see my pool temperature without going outside. Not only can I tell if it's warm enough for my taste, I can watch the temperature as it goes up and down over night, with and without the solar cover, after I add water, etc. I use an F007T for the air temperature near the pool. I can then make my swimming decisions! It's 8:00 pm, sun almost set - should I go swimming? Water temp is 82, but the air temp is 70? Ooh, that can be chilly when you're not submersed. Water is 82, but the evening air temp is 88? Oh, yeah. that'll be nice! After a couple of weeks noting the temps, going in the pool and noting how it feels to you, you can pretty much tell what water/air temp combos are comfortable for you.The WS-10 + the F007TP + the F007T is a great combo that has served me well for years. I've had to replace the F007TP once, but it's well worth the convenience. It's a good product IMO. Also, I havc called the company when I get confused about how to connect the remote thermometers and I got good customer service.

I have six sensors scattered throughout my home including one outdoors. Three are displayed constantly. The other four are displayed sequentially on the bottom row identified by number. The time lapse between sensor displays may be frustrating to those wanting information immediately.

We use this thermometer set for our multiple chicken coops and are nearly 100 yards away, it never has a problem receiving the readings. It is very responsive, we have had times when the thermometer was knocked down etc. and we knew nearly immediately! You can also program an alarm when the temperatures go out of a preferred range. Recommend it, definitely. We received it as a Christmas gift, it is perfectly giftable.

Bought as a replacement, when the first one stopped reading the sensors. This one at least, reads 3 out of 4. Why it won't read the fourth baffles me, but not worth returning. It is primarily so I can monitor the humidity and temp under the house, and that it accomplishes.

This console replaced the same model console that quit receiving signals from the remote sensors after 5 years. The new one began displaying all the remote sensors within a few minutes of installing the batteries. Very pleased with the ease of use. For the price point, 5 years of reliable use seems reasonable.
