I've had these before and they seemed to work so back on them again. I find they're a better choice than the prescribed cynacobalamin option.

The last batch received (barcode X0018NLH8P), the stickers are stuck fast to the backing paper and it's impossible to remove the patch without bringing the backing with it! I think they've changed the patch?

These little patches work brilliantly for a boost of energy when B12 is low. However I didn’t realise they had Folic Acid in them, my fault for not reading the description properly. Having just had some blood work done my folate levels are too high so unfortunately got to stop using.

I’ve been buying these for a while now . It’s good they changed the backing paper they are attached too much easier to get off now . I know both my levels b12 and folic were at lower ends a few years ago so just thought I’d give them a boost after these were recommended. I’ve been using them quite a while now one a week for 24 hrs.

Absolute bargain combined with other over the counter recommendations finally getting control of my 60 year old body!
