I needed this to recharge my portable oxygen concentrator. It more than serves the purpose, and was considerably less expensive than one from the original manufacturer of the concentrator. Most likely it was manufactured by the same people (in China) as the original.

We bought this for our sons oxygen concentrator the company wanted to sell us one for $170 we got this one for so much cheaper and it works perfectly.

The charger worked great. Very happy with my purchase and the price was great also.

Took it out of package, plug one in there, plugged the other in and hooked it to the machine or like a chance

This is literally a problem of someone packaging a power cord that won't connect to the power brick, Who packaged this? Round prongs that are not compatible with the rectangular slots. Sloppy service. And Amazon says they can't replace it. This cord is for a healthcare product and I find this kind of sloppy service. unacceptable - particularly when Amazon doesn't provide direct information for reaching the company. When you look up the "store" (UpBright), it just takes you to the Amazon page listing all their products. There is no company contact information. That means that Amazon needs to shoulder some responsibility for the 'quality' of the businesses they promote,.

While this power adapter seems to work just as well as the original at being able to charge the oxygen machine, it gets very hot over a short period of time so you should be careful of the surface you place it on. The cord is also shorter than the original. It's great as a cheaper replacement if you don't want to save money or if you need a power adapter that you want to keep in another room.
