I’ve read a number of articles on the benefits of lecithin for reducing cholesterol. I was using the granular lecithin but find it messy and unappetizing to use. Taking three of these tablets a day gives me the dosage I’m looking for. The capsules are a little big, but I’m used to them. My sister has been taking them and noticed a significant reduction in her cholesterol numbers. I’m hoping to get the same results for myself.

I've re-ordered multiple times, I like that they have choline. Tasteless and no smell. Not a small capsule but smooth and easy to swallow.However, do not order when it is hot outside. They delivered it to sit in direct sunlight on my porch on a 90+ degree F day without any cold pack included... bottle was uncomfortably hot to touch... and is questionable if safe to use. It would have been nice if they rang the doorbell to tell me it was delivered.

These have been so helpful! My liver inflammation, pain and discomfort has almost gone away! I take these with Bronson liver detox and I am super pleased! I recommend.

I do notice a small but distinct difference - it does help with cognition. I take other things, too, but I noticed an improvement in my feeling more present.

If you need it, it is as advertised.

I did get these and keep them, but I will admit they are large pills for someone that may have issues
