The media could not be loaded. Had an issue where the lights sent didn’t work at all but the seller promptly sent out another set of lights which arrived quickly and they worked. These are fantastic and finished off my step daughters bedroom nicely for her sensory area

The first set of lights I received didn’t work, however, I got a reply via email the same day and got sent a new set of lights 2 days later!Very happy with the service, the help and the product!

When I opened the pack last year, it was a mini Led strip roll and not a full size one. The strip itself was very thin. They weren't very bright at all, and the adhesive on the back was poor. After around a month of usage several individual lights on the strip would stay red when on, despite me trying every colour possible. So we ended up with random lights in the strip that would always be on red when switched on. Googled this and it was suggested by a few it was down to dodgy/cheap wiring. They went in the bin, absolutely shocking and would give no stars if it was possible. No idea what customer service was like because I simply couldn't be bothered to contact them. This mainly due to the fact that if these people can ship this type of product, the customer service is likely just as shoddy. Only reviewing now because I'd forgotten about them, and was looking for some more strip lights so checked previous orders. I will stick to a seller I used in the past and completely swerve these shoddy products.

Partner drilled holes in each section and Wove through my heart shaped shelf for my crystals.Lights on Heart shelf stopped working after 3 months. Won't connect to Bluetooth. Disappointed as took a long time to install.Other shelves work OK but if you turn sound up on TV or use any other device that uses infa red is used then it changes the settings on the lights. Highly annoying.Not all the settings work on the app. Limited colour on app.Have to pay premium VIP for support. Tried to contact customer services that are Japanese/Chinese. Not racist but language barrier it is hard to explain the issue.
