When delivered the box was broke and all the cones were all over the place .

I’ve previously ordered these and they were perfect. I reordered the exact same product and got a box of malformed papers. The filter is 3/4 of the paper length. My image shows what it should look like on the left and what I got on the right. These are unusable. I’ll never order again.
