I ordered it 5 months ago it has a great quality the it is easy to use and value for money design is good it also has vibrator it is very smooth and comfortable

I bought this controller in early 2023 and it is mostly working till date however•The labels have worn out tho its not a big problem because people remember it after using it• The joysticks have many deadzones. They almost move like a dpad.• The thumbstickscovers have torn out.• It has a mild drift sometimes• the biggest problems i have faced is connectivity issues. I bought the wired version and it was plug and play. Its USB is so sensitive that even moving a muscle disconnects it. This problem occurred after a month or two of using it.The controller is not all that bad tho for the price i was just expecting more. The triggers are accurate tho.

This controller arrived today. Packaging could have been better, but I wouldn’t mind the way it came if it worked as expected. It looked like it was basically put in a bubble wrap pack like a refurbished/returned & resold item. Again, it’s okay as the exterior looks perfectly fine. No issues with this but sadly, upon testing, the steering felt weird especially with how sensitive it was when fine-turning left, but I can push the same stick 15-20% to the right before it starts registering any minor input in that direction. Noticed this on both analog sticks. Playing precision games is impossible with how this controller is calibrated right now. So just to be sure, before I could adjust deadzone settings and more, I decided to check its calibration (see image). The analog sticks are untouched in that image but as you can see, their real-time values are offset on every axis; granted that it’s a minor offset, but smooth-steering is unbearably bad. I expected stick drift and similar issues after at least a few months of usage. But this result was right out of the box.I really want to give this product a 5 star review… and I will edit this to be so, if my replacement is a good quality brand new piece. But until then, this will have to do. Dear seller, please prove me wrong and send me a controller that works precisely as it should. I’m more than happy to flip this review around. Not happy with the product, but the seller is genuine(5 stars to them, which brings the average to the 3 in this update). Appreciate the honest service 🙏🏻

First remote didn't worked ordered that also didn't worked. I am using windows 11 based desktop. I am past the replacement time. I tried with windows 10 also. Same issue it worked for some time but as soon as direct x updated it stopped working.I have found out the exact reason for the same. What happening it has both xinput and direct input. You dont have button for the same but you need to select via another button. That function is somehow getting bypassed. So we have a controller which is detected as xinput controller but its not able to switch to xinput mode. Its happening it AMD system. Dont buy this for if you have AMD PC>699 inr wasted.Edit1: i checked with Microsoft support as per them the controller is not verified for windows 10. Also its seems this problem persists on AMD based desktops. Intel based desktops are working fine. So if you have windows 11 and AMD based desktop dont buy this Controller.

The controller is great... Remember, it's a short term review as it's just 3 days since I'm using it. But one problem that I'm facing is when I press L2 button, there's something that's in it's way or something... It always feels like it's touching some other part of controller while pressing it. Sorry for bad explanation but you probably get the point.
