I picked up the UpNature Breathe Essential Oil to use in my diffuser and I’m really impressed. The menthol blend smells fresh and invigorating without being too strong or medicinal. It’s exactly what I wanted to help clear the air when I’m feeling stuffy or just want a clean, spa-like vibe at home.The 2oz bottle is a great size. It lasts a long time since you only need a few drops at a time. I’ve also added a bit to my humidifier sometimes during allergy season and it really helps open up my sinuses.What I love most is how natural it smells. No artificial fragrances or overpowering scents. It’s calming and refreshing, perfect for winding down after a long day or when I need to breathe easier.Highly recommend if you want something that smells great and actually helps with respiratory relief.

Fantastic essential oil. Smells wonderful. Useful for almost everything. I use for cleaning my home & floors, a drop on dryer balls for towels and sheets. Counter cleaner buy adding a dropper into a filled water/spray bottle. Also very similar to an oil called Thieves. Helps breathing issues. I can't say enough wonderful things or uses for this product. Awesome!

Idk how I feel about this product. I purchased it to put in my daughter’s humidifier when she has a cold but the scent is just so strong. It gave me an headache from just being in there a little while while it ran. And I know this is an oil, but it cakes up and makes the humidifier water super oily. I’m constantly having to clean it so that it doesn’t damage the humidifier and clog it. I’m worried it will clog it and it won’t run efficiently. Maybe I’ll try putting half the amount. I only put a dropper full in the humidifier tank. It does smell nice and it does help breathing easier though. So the product does work, I just don’t like the amount I have to clean the humidifier now that I use this product. I’ll just use less of it.

We put it in our humidifier and helps with our seasonal allergies! We use it every night while sleeping. Have purchased even more for our girls rooms & humiifiers! Smells good and helps with keeping sinuses open. We also have dogs that sleep in our bed and they have not had any reaction to it as some can.

This is a really good dupe for the YL Thieves. My husband really loves the smell of this. We’ve probably ordered 10 bottles at this point.
