Q: What is the min and max radius capabilities with this jig?

I'm not sure about the radius, but a complete circle is possible , rather large circle. I'm just starting to play with it , so I'm not very up to speed on what it will do. I will use in making a cutting board.

Q: Is this suitable for use with a flush trim router bit?

If you have a means of suspending the router base above the jig, it's about 1inch in width. You could use it as a template against the router base.

Q: The 107" is to big and the 37" to small for my needs, can these be linked together to make a 74"?

Simply mark the model piece start and finish and then the work piece the same way then use it again on the model using the 37 inch one twice. Done this several times on long runs of curves on vintage trailers. Besides the 37 inch is easier to work with and to hold in place.

Q: Can you lock a curve in then flip it to get the other side, like the left side of a chair seat, and a corresponding right side?

I restore old vintage trailers, I never assume the left and right will be exactly the same maybe on a well shaped chair but I just use on either side, can't remember the last time my challenge came out the same on both sides. I will tell you I have found this tool far superior to making card board cutouts. Buy it you will like it and wonder how you ever did such curved designs without it.
