Nice ceiling light with glass shade
A flush-mount ceiling light with a frosted glass shade is hard to find. This one seems to be well built and the glass shade is solid. The LED version provides just the right amount of light for my bedroom. Had a little trouble with the installation and I ended up adding some spacers to the mounting bracket to have the base plate sit tight against the ceiling. Like the modern look.

An upgraded look from the boob light
When we bought our condo, it was full of 15 year old contractor grade boob lights with mismatched bulbs. We replaced six of them with this fixture, five installed by an electrician and one installed by me. So easy to figure out as this was my first time doing any electrical work! If you have an older home/funky plastering and junction box installation, you may need to use screws from the light you are replacing, both the electrician and I had to do that. The lights themselves look great when hung up. I even have one on a Lutron caseta dimmer (it works alright with the integrated led, but not perfect). I have even recommended them to friends.

Nice light fixture for the price
This light fixture is a nice 2-bulb fixture, particularly for the price.Installation is complicated only by the fact that the two screws that project downward from the mounting bracket, and to which the base of the fixture attaches, are too long, as some reviewers have mentioned. I inserted spacers. Cutting the screws to a shorter length or replacing them with shorter screws would be other options. Some reviewers have complained that the glass diffuser broke when they tightened the three set screws on the base. I recommend either tightening those set screws gently with your fingers and without using a screwdriver, or better still, not tightening them at all. Simply insert the diffuser into the base and gently turn it clockwise. And don't over-tighten it so that you can remove it easily if necessary. I don't think that the three set screws are necessary. Also, at least one reviewer has questioned the three bumps that protrude upwards from the base and that prevent mounting the base flush to the ceiling. I suspect that these protrusions are meant to allow air to circulate between the base and the ceiling to promote cooling. This diffuser will accept two light bulbs, each rated up to 60W, which I suppose is a rating for incandescent bulbs. I used two Philips 12W LED bulba (100W equivalent each) that provide adequate light for the room.I checked with the manufacturer of Great Eagle LED 20W bulbs (150W-200W equivalent) about compatibility with this light fixture. According to the manufacturer, this light fixture is compatible with Great Eagle 150W-200W bulbs as long as the bulbs are positioned no closer than 1/4 inch from the reflective cover on the base so as to provide adequate ventilation. And I assume that it would be necessary to position the bulbs so that they are no closer than 1/4 inch from the bottom of the diffuser as well. Such positioning seems possible, given the height of the diffuser. It is necessary merely to bend gently the metal that attaches the light socket to the base a bit to position the bulb correctly.

Beautiful Light but you MUST use LED bulbs!
Pretty lights, but you MUST use LED bulbs! I started to write a bad review, because the light was extremely dim, but I decided to try new bulbs first. I'm so glad I did! The LED bulbs in "Daylight" tone look best. Now I have plenty of brightness (but not too much) and don't need to return the lights. I bought 2 of the lights with the brushed gold, and they look really nice.

Review Update: Looks great but...
The installation was not too bad. However, during installation, while tightening the screws to set the cover in place the glass cracked. I only tightened it by just a bit and the glass gave with little resistance. The fixture looked great, but the broken cover was a big disappointment.Update:I contacted Autelo about the broken cover and they were more than happy to send a replacement. They replied very quickly, verified my info, and sent the replacement that same day. Shipping for the replacement came in 2 days. The light came in perfect condition and now I can enjoy the light again.I definitely recommend shopping with Autelo. They were quick, responsive, and the light looks great.Thank you again.

glass cracked 3 months after installation
The glass cracked spontaneously 3 months after installation. My electrician doesn't understand how this happened. Maybe there was a hairline crack that was undetected at the time. Of course my return window has closed and I have no recourse. Poor quality fixture. Not worth the $69 I paid.

Pretty light fixture - poor instructions
I purchased this light fixture solely based on the way it looked, as it fit my aesthetic. If you rely on instructions and the products provided for installation of an item, this might not be the light for you. To begin, the diagram in the instructions did not depict the small green ground wire screw. If you don't know you needed to connect the copper ground wire to that screw, you would completely miss that step. And, as the green ground screw was not depicted in the drawing, I installed my mounting plate upside down initially, as the instructional diagram did not show whether the green ground screw should be facing upwards or down. The two screws hanging down from the mounting plate really need a nut to hold them in place, but none were provided. Otherwise when you try and attach the base to the mounting plate, the screw moves into the ceiling and you cannot attach the fix nut. I reused nuts from my old fixture to resolve that issue. In addition, the fix nuts have very little tread to attach them to the hanging screws. That means that you are precluded from tightening the base flush, or tight to the ceiling. There is a gap between the ceiling and the base, which is not a look I prefer. In addition, it means if someone were to bump the fixture, it will move, even though the movement is slight. Again, not what I am looking for in a flush mount light fixture. And finally, neither the instructions nor the base indicate what voltage of light bulbs to use, which is ridiculous.
