I've been using aromatherapy for about 30 years now, daily use. I can smell the difference between good quality oils and cheap ones. These are excellent quality. Smell is true to the blend of oils that it is made of. I have a waterless diffuser that I bought this blend for. The scent is stronger and longer lasting than a cheaper brand of oil blends that I purchased prior. You get what you pay for, and it's absolutely worth paying more for better quality essential oils. I highly recommend this Stress Relief essential oil blend. I've been using it in my diffuser and adding a few drops into a hot tub and have been very pleased with the results. A little goes a long way, which speaks to the quality of the oil blend. The blend itself is very nice with no one scent overpowering the others, making for a pleasant and soothing aroma. It has definitely helped me unwind after a long day by easing feelings of anxiety and contributing to a feeling of calmness. Good scent but needs a lot to bring out the scent

I would suggest only using a couple drops of these. The smell is amazing, but if you put more than i'd say, like 6 drops in your diffuser it. The smell can be overpowering, but if you put just 1 to 5 drops its great this is such a good smell. It does help relax, you kind of puts you into like a meditation state. You just, you feel relaxed, and you feel calm. And the smell like I said the smell is great.

I purchased this for a friend who suffers with anxiety and oftentimes stressed. When I read the description, I felt this would be perfect for them and I was right. It calmed their mind down and eased some of their anxiety. They use it in a diffuser. I normally put my oils on my sheets, pillows and comforters, so I will suggest that to them as well. I seem to get a better concentration of the oils that way and they truly relax you and help you rest better. Oh and this smells really good. Just try it for yourself.

Smells good

I have sampled lots of different essential oils, so I know which ones I like best. This is one of the few blends that is as good as one I'd mix myself. It's delicately balanced, uplifting and relaxing at the same time. I'm so happy it's in my diffuser as I write this!
