Perfect addition to my kitchen sink
Easy to install. It clears my kitchen counter of clutter. It did take some effort to get the soap to create a vacuum in the tube for the pump to work. It is not a design flaw just a matter of getting air out of the hose to the pump to deliver the soap. I like color of the brushed nickel; it matches my faucet. It has a clean appearance. Pump works very well. Pump quality is very good. There is no leakage when a full pump is delivered. I won’t have to refill for a very long time since I am using the half gallon size container. Refilling should be easy; just transfer the tube to a new bottle. Do not get air in the tube and it should be ready to start pumping again. It fits comfortably underneath the sink in the back of my cabinet. It is priced accordingly.

Looks & works amazing!
Update: ordered a second one to use for lotion. My plumber disconnected the line from the dishwasher to the backlit. I replaced the backfilled with a second tube dispenser . NoteI have one for dish detergent and one for lotion. I wash my hands alot so my skin gets dried out. I like having lotion right at the sink to keep my hands moisturized. The dispensers look really nice at my sink.Original: I used to have a water dispenser in this spot that I never used. My sink counter area was too cluttered so I decided to replace the water dispenser with a dish soap dispenser. I searched and searched. This style matched my Moan faucet the closest. After reading the reviews, I was nervous because some people mentioned that it’s plastic. So I was like aww man I don’t want it to look cheap. I went ahead and ordered it, but I also ordered an authentic Moen dispenser just in case I didn’t like this one. Well, glad to say that I can return the $139 Moen dispenser! This one looks lovely! I love that it includes the kit to connect directly to my large dish detergent bottle so I will not have to worry about frequently refilling. Assembly was easy! I almost called my handyman to come do it but decided to try myself. The only thing that was difficult was access to the opening because my farm sink blocks access. I had to really stretch and get in there to attach, twist and tighten it. It’s good and tight in place. Saved myself $50. It does not look cheap and it works like a charm! The tube was in good condition so the detergent flows/pumps with no issues. I’m very happy with this upgrade! Even happier that I didn’t need to spend over $30 to get the look and function that I needed.

Great soap dispenser
This soap dispenser works great. Easy installation. I prefer its substantial look, many others look very dainty. This is a good one, buy with confidence.

Almost perfect!
We recently replaced our old dish-soap dispenser, one of those with the skinny little tube sticking out of one side of the pump. Two issues with that one were that people tended to push on the skinny little tube instead of on the top of the pump and that tends to wear our the pump parts in short order. Push on the tube a bit harder and it breaks off! The other thing was that I like to refill it from the top rather than twist my 87-year-old body down under the sink to remove the bottle/reservoir. This dispenser has a very small (about 1/4") hole that you must pour the thick dish soap through to do it from the top. It takes a lot of patience to fill the reservoir that way since you have to carefully pour a tiny stream, and when (not if) you go a wee bit too fast the soap covers the opening and immediately backs up to the top and overflows onto the sink. That opening in the new dispenser is bigger and makes it easy to refill from the top. Kudos! So this new one is a bit higher from the sink top to the outlet, too, making it easier to dispense a dab of soap into something you want to wash, plus the pump and the spout are one-piece and way more rigid and secure-feeling than the old one. It also looks a lot better.A suggestion for the manufacturer: Put a little raised, round "button" on the top of the pump so users will kinda know that's where to push. There's still the tendency of some people (my observation) to just push down on the spout. Not good for longevity.

Nice product, I would buy it again
Nice product and like the way you fill using a full bottle of soap under the sink vs trying to fill it from the top. The nut that came with it stripped, but with a little plumber's tape, installation was easy.

Nice, but where's the hose??
Bought as a replacement as our last one broke at the neck. Looking good coming out of the box and easy to install, just had to reach under the sink to tighten the nut. However, once I looked closer I realized there wasn't a hose! It shows one in the pictures but not in the packaging. Had to go to the hardware store, which isn't a deal breaker, but don't you think that is something that should be there?
