Q: Can someone recommend hardware to adapt this to two c-stands?

I use two Kupo Baby Ball Head Adapters. Kupo part # (KG014212)

No, it is just the slider and rails. But, it is a sturdy, well build unit. I run a Canon C500 with monitor and batteries and it holds the weight well.

Q: Could this work with a manfrotto mvh502a 502 video head with 75mm half ball?

You'll need a 75mm bowl mount riser. Just attach that to the 3/8 screw on the platform and you're done. Just keep in mind it'll raise the working height of the camera about 5-6".

Q: Can anyone recommend what to use to clean the wheels? Not rolling smoothly while brand new.

Are there actual particles on the wheels that you can see? Mine worked flawlessly with no issues, but I do clean them before using them every time. I use a cleaning gel because I couldn't find any actual "fabric" that you needed to use to clean this, that wouldn't leave any particles from the fabric after cleaning. Here's the link if you're interested in getting it. I would also add, if there aren't any particles on your wheels and you've tried cleaning the wheels, maybe try loosening the screws "slightly." It could be that they're too tight and preventing the wheels from gliding.
