Recon1 is typically my go to! Total war is great! Not too much jitter or overall intensity. A lot of of the time I’m able to do a half scoop and my outcome of workout is great. The flavor mixes great with water and for the price the size is unbeatable.

The pre-workout mixes well without a mixer ball as well.Positive/Effects:I experience a noticeable increase in energy and stamina, and there’s no crash afterward, which is great. However, the effects can be a bit intense for those sensitive to stimulants, be careful, start with smaller scoops to assess your tolerance. This has been one of the easiest pre-workouts on my stomach as well. Does not cause any GI Distress.Overall, i'd recommend Total War to any beginner/intermediate gym go-er. Simply due to the taste, effects, and cheap cost of the product.

Great stuff, gives you that "itch" everyone talks about, so if you like that and/or jitters, get this. Definitely gets you in the zone for workouts, I could tell a noticeable difference in my thought process/mental state.
