Broke after using twice - However after contacting the supplier they sent me a replacement one saying that the one I had was defective. The new one works even better than the first and they said their production would be tightened up to make sure there are no defective ones in the future. My wife is very happy now.

It was very promising at the beginning. I was happy wit the product until one morning I turned it on and a flash and thump come from the body of the machine with electrical burning smell filling up the room.I don’t think the product is designed for the UK 240v electricity.Sent it back….

I bought A LOT of different ozone generators and this one is I would say exeptional? I have this one the longest in working state. It doesn't evens seems to have any issues with it. I dropped it few times accidentaly and still works great. Sealed the connection between generator and the tube with hot glue for more efficiency. 👍

Whilst working, this is a great product. However, after daily use (30mins) for 6 months, the interface stopped working meaning it ran constantly once the power was turned on.

Nice product to have, but not an essential product to own.An ozone generator basically generates triple oxygen bonds rather than the double oxygen bonds we breath in. This makes them less stable and as they try to stabilise, the extra oxygen molecule attaches itself to something else, causing oxidisation, and that's how it kills pathogens.Under the current pandemic, where hygiene has been taken more seriously, a lot of people might thing they need one of these, but there are a few things to consider first.First, the advertised use for food is unnecessary in most, if not all, situations, especially in the UK. The usual rinse under tap is usually enough. Furthermore, cooking food at the right temperature kills off pathogens anyway, so the necessity of this doing it is low. For things you don't cook, such as fruits and salads, if you want peace of mind, then yeah, I can see this being helpful, at least psychologically.Second, the pictures used to advertise the difference of before and after aren't accurate at all. Ozone generators don't "brighten up" food.Third, this is probably more suitable for cleaning applications, which is what I mainly use it for. As described above what this item does, the ozonated water can be used for cleaning things, such as kitchen surfaces, tables, etc. Unlike bleach and cleaning agents which may leave residue and an odour to surfaces that can contaminate food, ozonated water won't do that. The little hiccup with this is that you need to move fast, as the effects of the ozonated water will start to diminish rapidly after about twenty minutes due to the molecules trying to stabilise themselves, so you'll end up with regular oxygen water when that happens. This is also why it's safe to use on surfaces, because that will happen quite quickly once you wipe down an area.At £43.90, it's a bit expensive, so I knocked off half a star, since there are cheaper units and units with a longer timer, but the effects are pretty good. The other half of the star was knocked off because the description to use on food is kind of misleading.Overall, this is a nice product to have to improve quality of life and give peace of mind for mental and psychological benefits, but not an essential item to own at home.

Love my ozone generator, now I am sure that my food and water are healthier. You can smell extra oxygen in the air. Very easy to use too.

I bought this product to clean tap water. it worked for around three weeks - and then became less and less functional. I consulted the Instruction Manuel - which said that if it stopped working, the Manufacturer or the Service Centre should be contacted - BUT there were NO CONTACT DETAILS for either of these.I have tried to get an email or tel. no. via details on a sticker on the box: EVATOST CONSULTING Ltd (UK) - BUT - so far - they have NOT supplied me with any useful contact details and I am left with an ozone generator that is useless and not working at all.
