This is my second jar of Designs for Health Curcum-Evail - Bioavailable Turmeric Curcumin & Proprietary Curcuminoid. I have a bad left knee, left ankle and left hand/wrist due to a war injury. After a week of taking this supplement, I went walking around the neighborhood. First day, it was 1/2 mile. By the 3rd day, it was 1 mile twice a day and by the 5th day, 1 mile three times a day, rain or shine. I know when I ran out of it (until I received this order) after a few days, the pain in the joints on my left side were coming back. And after a few days of again taking this supplement, I am back up to my new normal of 1 mile three times a day. All I know is that this works for me. It may even work for you. I've tried many Turmeric/Curcumin products, many of which did absolutely nothing - despite many reviewers saying it was amazing. (Makes you wonder how many reviews on Amazon are actually legit). Anyhow, Designs by Health is the highest grade supplement you get and only buy from them now. This worked INSTANTLY. I have degenerative discs in my neck and am in constant pain, some days worse than others. But this worked right away, and much better than Advil or any other pain reliever ever has. Just provided relief from the tension and pain that on some days makes it difficult to function.Highly recommend for anyone struggling with any kind of pain

My sister recommended I get this so I decided to read the reviews and try it. I suffer from some arthritis and my knee was bothering me because I walk so much. I started taking these and I noticed they were helping after a few weeks. It’s not immediately that they work. It takes time, but they definitely work & now I’m on auto ship. I won’t be without these. I prefer to take this product instead of Advil.

Getting up in the morning was a struggle on my ankles & feet! A friend told my husband his wife used this for the same issue. I was surprised at the large size of the capsule when I got it, but it slides right down my throat with a big gulp.of water.I've seen a big difference since starting it! I'm not walking like a 90 yr. old in the morning. I take it at night for my pain relief in the morning and if needed in the morning for day time pain relief as well.

Pills themselves are top notch however the last container I received was shattered and I found glass shards inside stuck to the pills. Please change the packaging!!!!

I really like this stuff. I tried other tumeric-curcumin pills before and they were ok, but these are great. I can really tell a big difference with these. For reference, I do not have any diagnosed issues. I know my body and i know when I drink too many diet sodas and eat too much junk that my joints - especially my knees - get more achy and stiff. I try to stay away from the diet sodas anyway, but these pills make a noticeable difference. They are long, but not too big around. Thought they'd be harder to swallow than they are, they actually go down quiet easily for the size.
